Some of us find our purpose gradually; others experience an instant knowing. Mine arrived as a whisper during meditation - a single word that changed everything.
That word was Reiki.
I had just dragged myself through yet another what can only be described as a dark night of the soul. I say "night", but it felt more like an eternity spent wandering through the wilderness of my own longing for something more. In the searching that followed, I discovered not only a healing modality, but a way of being - and eventually, a calling I could no longer ignore.
What began as a passion has become a purpose. This work is not simply something I do; it is something I feel called to do. Being of service to others continues to be one of my greatest teachers, nurturing my own growth alongside theirs.
Over the years, that calling has deepened and expanded in ways I could never have imagined. As a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, I weave together Usui Holy Fire III World Peace Reiki, Angelic Reiki, Crystal Reiki, and the transformative energy of the Violet Flame to create deeply personalised sessions. Guided by intuition and your own unique energy, each session unfolds exactly as it needs to, meeting you where you are and supporting where you are ready to go next.
I am also a Level 2 QHHT Practitioner (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique), guiding clients through a deeply immersive experience that can open the door to greater self-understanding, soul-level insight, and connection with the wisdom of the Higher Self. It is often a journey of remembering - revealing perspectives, answers, and possibilities that may have been hidden from conscious view.
This work is not something to be convinced of; it is something that either resonates or it doesn't. Those who feel called to it usually know, and I have learned to trust that inner knowing.
I believe it is my purpose to support souls navigating spiritual awakening, those already walking a conscious path, women moving through the threshold of perimenopause into the next chapter of life, and anyone ready to move beyond what is holding them back and allow something greater to emerge.
Soul in Flow is not simply a collection of modalities. It is an invitation - to the healing your body already knows how to do, to the wisdom already within you, and to the soul journey that brought you here.
